"Took we about a week to decide whether to purchase these boots. Trying to decide if the texture and look was "too much" for my particular style and function. Glad I purchased! I really like the look. Fit was spot on but I expected this since my other GS's are also Leo last. First time wearing was about 6000 steps and comfort was good, virtually no heel slip and no foot discomfort. I did have some foot and lower leg muscle fatigue but totally expected when starting to break-in a new pair of quality boots made from top quality leather materials. The low profile sole works really good on the Edward design. Thanks GS good job!"

Beautiful, Well Made, and Unique

"I looked at these boots many times before finally deciding to pull the trigger. In person, this is a beautiful boot that reads similar to a dirty buck shoe. The texture is subtle from a distance, but distinctive up close. It adds some visual interest and a fun twist without being too bold or showy. The boots pair well with jeans, chinos, and other casual pants. The fit feels identical to the fit in the traveller loafers, which I have in suede and CXL. The CXL loafer feels slightly larger on my foot, as it is a little more structured and less broken in than my suede loafers, and this boot feels larger as well. As the leather starts to break in, it feels like the boot is drifting closer to the feel of my suede loafers, which I hope continues."

First purchase

"As soon as I got them I could tell a lot of care went into the construction of the boots. They feel substantial in the hand and the stitching is great. Definitely a step up from my Redwings. It'll take some time to break in but I love the material. I wish having non-traditional /less safe boots was more popular. It would incentivize makers in having more choices. I have enough"regular" items in my wardrobe. There was a small nick in the material but I think I'm the only one who would notice with the long nap. Overall very happy and ended up purchasing a pair of Chelsea Boots right afterwards. Both half size down from brannock size and fit comfortably."

Great boot but a lil darker than pic

"Boots were super comfortable and actually the leather was even more beautiful than the pics but I was looking for a lighter color boot and these were a little darker than the photo. Otherwise fit was awesome and came with an incredible cushiony insole that I wish my Baroda had come with"

Great comfortable boots!

"My third style of boot from Grant Stone and very comfortable just like my previous pairs. The Milkshake Rough Suede has a great texture making them a more informal choice which works brilliantly with denim and chinos. Here in the UK they get lots of interest, but potential buyers discouraged by taking a chance on size and fit - and 2 sets of tarrifs (import to US and export/import into UK) are making them increasingly expensive. It's a shame that they can't bypass the US altogether as they are only routing through. Anyway, great boots keep doing what you're doing!"

Quality crafted, budget friendly, Stunning, Comfy!

"Bought for a wedding! They didn't disappoint 🙌 The color depends on lighting. . . outta box 📦 I was like this is jute twine or burlap color. . . again depends on lighting . . . in sun 🌞 total milkshake. . . I decided on going with light colors in my casual dress. . . I got alot of compliments ☺️ some specific to my footwear. . . -quality build -comfy as hell Also I got my sizing totally wrong on my first order ordering a 7D *different model* after the boots broke in within a week, they felt loose and left me feeling less interested in them. . . *no wind in the sails ⛵️ * so now I just stare at them. . . lame. . . Anywho went 6. 5D and spot on 🫡👌 comfy, fantastic experience. . ."
